Myadirondackchairs.com  was formed with you in mind.  Our promise is to offer the lowest price possible on our adirondack chairs, adirondack benches and accessories.  We also strive to deliver old fashioned customer service.  Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority.  If you have any questions about your order or if a problem should arise, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve it quickly.  Listed below are some questions you may have and we hope we have answered them in advance for you. 

What if my item is damaged in shipping?
When you receive your order, be sure to open the box and inspect it before you receive it.  If you discover upon inspection that the product is damaged, refuse the order and note the damage on the freight bill.  If you accept the order without first inspecting it , please email myadirondackchairs.com within 3 days at support@myadirondackchairs.com of the specific damage with supporting pictures. Keep all packaging.  We will make arrangements for replacement of your product and handle the return of the damaged product with UPS at no additional cost to you.  If original packaging is discarded before UPS inspects, or the damaged items are returned without prior consent, the replacement claim made with the shipping company will be null and void.  This will result in a denied claim by the shipping company and the replacement item or refund will not be issued.   

Do you stand behind your products?
Our number one priority is customer satisfaction.  If you are not happy with your product or for some reason need to return it, please email us at support@myadirondackchairs.com.  We will make the arrangements  to exchange,  replace or accept your return and refund the amount of purchase less shipping charge.  If you purchased by credit card,  the amount will be refunded to credit card used.  Returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.  All returns must be returned prepaid within 10 days of receiving your shipment in new, unused, undamaged condition with original packaging.  If your shipment was damaged in shipping, see "damaged in shipping".  
What if I my item is defective?
In the unlikely event you receive defective merchandise.  Myadirondackchairs.com will at its discretion and expense, replace any parts that are found defective with 10 days of purchase.  Myadirondackchairs.com must be notified by email with supporting pictures or proof of defect of the part or item deemed to be defective.  If returning item for replacement or refund, merchandise must be accompanied by a return goods authorization number or it will be refused.  All returned product must be prepaid by the customer. 
In order to process your exchange or refund in a timely  fashion please follow the following steps:
 
1.  Request a return authorization number.
2.  After receiving your Return Authorization form, print it out and attach a copy to the outside of each package being returned.
3.  Repackage if necessary and ship back to us through the shipping method of your choise.  All returns must be accompanied by the RA Form and must be shipped prepaid.
4.  If returning for an exchange we will ship a replacement to you at no charge.
To request a return authorization number please email us with the following:
name, order number, telephone number, item returning, reason for return (refund or replacement) and number of packages.
 
All products must be returned in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, hardware packs and manuals.  Open box items will be inspected and are subject to a restocking fee if any of the above components are not found in good order. 
 
Coverage for insurance; breakage on returned items is the responsibility of the shipper.  A product that has been shipped back to us in used/damaged condition will be refused or may be subject to a restocking fee.  When making a return we will provide a credit for the price of the merchandise excluding the shipping charges. 
What about backorder?
Backorders are rare but if your product is not immediately available, we will contact you within 24 hrs. 
What forms of payment do you receive
You may pay for your item by Check, or by Credit Card.  Please note that payment by check will take about 10 days longer to receive your item. 
HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT MY ITEM?
We use UPS ground for shipping.  Usually it takes 6-10 business days to deliver your item.
